We will be deploying a planned software release on Tuesday 3 November between 06:00 and 06:30 BST. If you do not currently use single sign-on (SSO), the only change you will notice is a slightly different layout on the login screen. You can continue to sign in using your existing login details, and no action is required. SSO will not become mandatory as part of this update. You do not need to set up SSO, use Okta or change your sign-in method. What’s changing? - Refreshed login page: All users will see a slightly updated layout to support the new sign-in options. - Optional Okta integration: Organisations will be able to implement Okta for single sign-on. - Improved single sign-on: Users who already sign in through SSO will see fewer login prompts.
